Advanced Ground Handling Service
from Nagoya
Skyport Service Corporation (SPS) was established as a 100% subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) and has started its ground handling services at Central Japan International Airport in Nagoya since November 2006.
On September 2010, while MC held 49%, International Air Cargo Terminal Co., Ltd. (IACT) purchased 51% of SPS stocks and became the majority stockholder. The newborn SPS, being tied up with IACT, opened its Narita Airport Office on March 2014.
To realize increase in management efficiency with speedy decision-makings and integration of management resources, SPS became a 100% subsidiary of IACT and hence on July 2014, SPS dissolved its Narita Airport office and unified its Passenger & Ramp handling services with the handling services of IACT at Narita International Airport.
Under the circumstances where air transportation industry tends to contract ground handling to a third party, we are in the pursuit of being the premier ground handler in providing our customers with indispensable services at fair prices giving top priority to safety, security, accuracy and on-time-performance at our core. We continuously challenge ourselves to contribute to the overall development of the air transportation industry.
